About This Policy
SK Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. (“SKTI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and enquiries submitted to us.
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal data, and how you can exercise your rights under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). Where the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies to our processing activities, we also recognise the rights and obligations provided by that regulation.

Personal Data We Collect
When you contact us through our website or email, we collect the information you provide, which may include:
- Your name
- Company or organisation name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Services or courses you are interested in
- Your enquiry, requirements, and related correspondence
Fields marked as required are needed to process your enquiry. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to respond or understand your request. Other fields are optional.
Website hosting and security systems may also record technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, access times, and pages requested, as part of operating and protecting the website.
Please avoid including sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about other individuals in your enquiry.
-
Why We Use Your Personal Data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and discuss your requirements
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and requested service information
- Arrange training, consulting, or team activities
- Maintain enquiry records and related communications
- Operate, maintain, and protect our website
- Meet applicable legal obligations and handle legal claims
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications. If we introduce optional marketing subscriptions, we will provide a separate choice and explain how to unsubscribe.
-
Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the purpose, we process personal data on the following bases:
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract
- Legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, maintaining relevant records, and protecting our systems, taking account of your rights and interests
- Compliance with applicable legal obligations
- Your consent where required, including for optional analytics cookies
Acknowledging this Privacy Policy does not constitute consent to unrelated uses of your personal data.
-
How We Store and Share Information
Website enquiries are stored in our website’s form submission system, using SureForms, and sent by email to personnel handling enquiries.
Where necessary for the purposes described in this policy, information may be accessed by authorised SKTI personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, maintenance, email delivery, or IT services.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers or competent authorities where necessary for legal obligations or legal claims.
We do not sell your personal data.
-
International Data Transfers
Some email, cloud, or other technology providers may process information outside Thailand.
Where a transfer takes place, we will assess the applicable requirements and use appropriate safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism required by the PDPA and, where applicable, the GDPR.
-
Data Retention
We retain general enquiry records for no longer than two years after the last contact relating to the enquiry.
If an enquiry becomes a customer engagement, relevant information may be retained for the duration of the engagement and any additional period necessary for contractual, accounting, tax, or other legal requirements.
We may retain specific records longer where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Records that are no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised. Backup copies will be removed through the applicable backup retention cycle.
Cookie lifetimes and technical log retention are separate from the two-year enquiry retention period and depend on their purpose and the systems used.
-
Cookies and Google Analytics
Our website uses cookies and a cookie preference tool. Necessary cookies support essential functions and record your privacy preferences.
You can accept or reject optional cookies through the cookie banner and adjust your choices through the website’s cookie preference controls. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may affect some website functions.
We plan to introduce Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve our content. If introduced, it may process information such as pages visited, interactions, device and browser details, and approximate location.
Before activating Google Analytics, we will update the cookie information to identify the provider, cookies, and retention periods. Analytics tracking will remain disabled until you choose to allow analytics cookies. Rejecting analytics cookies will not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.
-
Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions, you may request:
- Access to your personal data and a copy of it
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion, destruction, or anonymisation of information
- Restriction of processing
- Objection to processing in circumstances provided by law
- Data portability where the legal requirements are met
- Withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee through the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee. Where the PDPA and GDPR applies, you may also complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may request information necessary to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe.
-

We will maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
